At Proactive, we want you to feel confident in every outfit, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
